Flat roof - concrete foundation support for solar panel
The concrete foundation support of flat roof is the most commonly used installation form in flat roof power station at present. According to the form of foundation, it can be divided into strip foundation and independent foundation; the connection mode of support column and foundation can be connected by anchor bolt or directly embedded into concrete foundation.
Advantages: good wind resistance, strong reliability, no damage to the roof waterproof structure.
Disadvantages: it is necessary to make the concrete foundation and maintain it to sufficient strength before the subsequent support installation can be carried out, and the construction period is long.
Flat roof - concrete ballast support for solar panel
Advantages: the construction method of concrete ballast support is simple, and the bracket can be installed at the same time when the counterweight is made, which can save construction time.
Disadvantages: the wind resistance of concrete ballast support is relatively poor, and the local maximum wind force should be fully considered when designing the weight of counterweight.
Ground power station - concrete foundation support

Metal pile support is also widely used in surface power station, which can be divided into screw pole foundation support and impact pile foundation support.
1. Screw pole foundation support
The screw pole support can be divided into screw pole support with flange plate and screw pile support without Faraday disk according to whether it has flange; according to the shape of cotyledon, it can be divided into continuous screw pile support with narrow leaf and screw pole support with wide leaf interval. Screw pile with flange can be used for single column installation or double column installation, while screw pile without flange is generally only used for double column installation. The tensile pull-out property of wide leaf interval type screw pole support is better than that of narrow leaf continuous type screw pole support, and the wide leaf interval type screw pole support should be given priority in the area with strong wind.
2. Solar panel structure - metal fiber pole foundation support
Metal fiber pole foundation support mainly uses pile driver to drive C-shaped steel, H-shaped steel or other structural steel into the ground directly. This installation method is very simple, but its pull-out resistance is poor.
Advantages: for the metal pile foundation, the steel pile is driven into the soil by the pile driver, which is more environmentally friendly without excavation of the ground; it is not limited by the seasonal temperature, and can be implemented under various climatic conditions including northern winter; the construction is fast and convenient, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the migration and recovery are convenient; the height of the foundation is easy to adjust during the piling process.
Disadvantages: it is difficult to pile in hard soil area; it is easy to damage zinc coating when driving in areas with more gravel; the corrosion resistance is poor in saline alkali area.
3. Solar panel structure - Inclined roof fixed type
Considering that the bearing capacity of inclined roof is generally poor, most components on inclined roof are directly paved and installed, and the azimuth and inclination angle of components are generally consistent with that of roof.
